From that experience, I started working in different Michelin star restaurants, until I moved to the Basque Country to be a chef at a restaurant (Casa 887), where together with the entire team and after hard work we achieved recognition from the Michelin guide. After that experience, I started in the private sector, first in Villas and then in a Sunreef 70 named Yolo, I worked at Yolo during the summer season of 2023. WHAT CAN GUESTS EXPECT FROM YOU? It didn’t take long for me to realize how much I enjoyed the work, so I expanded my experience by taking on additional charters aboard sailboats in the Balearic Islands. Most recently, I spent the summer of 2024 working aboard a 65ft sailing catamaran. WHAT CAN GUESTS EXPECT FROM YOU? Guests can expect a warm, friendly, and professional attitude from me at all times. With my extensive background in customer service across various countries, I am passionate about ensuring they have a flawless and enjoyable experience on board.
