He has attended HACCP ISO seminars, trained in Italian cuisine with Chef Aris Tsanaklidis at La Pasteria, and participated in French cuisine seminars with Le Monde and Ecole Gregoire et Ferrandi. Vasilis has served on several yachts such as M/Y GELLY, and M/Y AMOR, where he demonstrated his expertise in culinary creativity, menu planning, and kitchen management. His broad hands-on experience, attention to detail, and passion for gastronomy ensure a memorable culinary journey for his guests. Maria Rappa Stewardess Maria is a hard working professional with extensive experience on various yachts, including the 47m M/Y Kassandra and the 32m M/Y Tropicana. She has proven her skills in both housekeeping and leadership. Maria is known for her meticulousness, positive energy, and teamwork. She holds numerous certifications, including STCW, Seaman's Book, and training in CPR and lifeguarding.
