Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Captain George holds a Class A Captain’s Diploma from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, along with certifications including a seaman’s book, Ro-Ro passenger certificate, and a speedboat license. He began his maritime career in 2003 aboard Ro-Ro passenger ships and transitioned into the yachting sector in 2016. With a strong work ethic, a passion for the sea, and a personable demeanor, Captain George has steadily advanced to his current role at the helm of our yacht. Now bringing his skills to the world of luxury yachting, George is known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the yacht operates efficiently and seamlessly. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, with particular expertise in seafood and sushi, Giannis continually hones his craft—most recently completing a course at FERRANDI Paris, the prestigious French School of Culinary Arts. With a passion for creativity and flavor, he is dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences to every guest on board.
