Captain Only: 1. CHARTER FEE Includes: Accommodation for maximum 12 guests in 6 cabins, crew of 4 and their expenses, insurance for the yacht, fuel for 4 hours of travel time daily, generator work and A/C 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the vessel, use of recreational equipment (SUP, kayak, snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, assorted floats), tourist taxes, WiFi, VAT of 13%. 2. FOOD OPTIONS a. Half board: 500 € per passenger/week b. Full board: 800 € per passenger/week Extra meal charge: 50 € per passenger/meal. Discounts applied to food options for children: 0-2 years of age free of charge; 3-9 years of age 50% discount; 10-12 years of age 30% discount. 3. BEVERAGE OPTIONS a. All-inclusive beverage package - 250 € per passenger/week: includes Croatian quality wines, beer, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, juices b. Non-alcoholic beverage package - 110 € per passenger/week The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. Guests are permitted to bring beverages on board, please notify the crew if this is intended. Additional beverages can be supplied at the guests request and confirmation by the crew. Guests are to advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverages options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance. 4. EXTRA COSTS a. Port, marina fees and anchorages* b. National Park and Nature Park entrances c. Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 € d. Delivery Fee for embarkation / disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” is caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 € e. Extra navigation: 70 €/h f. Any other cost not specifically mentioned * Port fees and anchorage costs are to be paid on location in each port (in cash), according to confirmed port costs. The total cost for the week will be determined based on the selected itinerary/ports of call. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in port each night, the yacht can also be anchored, which results in lower mooring fees. 5. ITEMS SPECIFICALLY NOT INCLUDED Transfers to and from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, third party sourced activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting, etc.), guided tours, gratuities/tips for the crew (the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of base charter rate, at the Guests discretion). Booking terms: The Option is placed on explicit email request and is active until the agreed date. Booking to be confirmed while option is active. Option expires after agreed date without notice. Please be mindful of the Option expiration. Booking is confirmed when agreement is signed by both parties and deposit is paid. Payment conditions: Deposit: 50% of charter fee – upon confirmation of booking. Balance: 50% of charter fee + Obligatory additional costs - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement. Means of payment: wire transfer to account of the agency.
