● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person

● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person

Meet Chef Eva. A couple years ago Eva went on a sailing holiday in Croatia. Immediately she fell in love with the lifestyle and all the beautiful experiences that come with living out on the water. Back in the Netherlands where she was working as a online editor for the biggest culinary magazine in the Netherlands she decided that she wanted to pursue a life closer to nature. She took her love for cooking and creative experience as a culinary editor back to Croatia where she started her new career at sea. The following years were filled with culinary adventures working in Greece, Croatia, Italy, and French Polynesia. She loves learning about new cultures and especially their food traditions so she can take this inspiration back to the galley. She loves healthy nutritious food with fresh local ingredients. But her love for the Mediterranean and European roots will always shine through. She tries to keep her menu’s well balanced with delicious indulgement as well. It’s your holiday afterall!
