Advertised by Amwax Prime, the impressive charter yacht NORTHERN ESCAPE is a 133 ft yacht featuring a jetski and a hot tub. The key elements of NORTHERN ESCAPE are her most appealing features and fantastic layout. She was completed by the ship builder Benetti in 2022. The ingenious yacht layout features 6 generous cabins and easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

Accommodation

NORTHERN ESCAPE can accommodate up to 12 guests in a flexible five or six cabin layout, including a main-deck full-beam master suite with an office area, dressing rooms and his and her bathrooms. An additional room on the main deck provides even greater flexibility, with two fold-down pullman beds that can serve as an extra guest cabin or be converted into a wellness room for ultimate relaxation. The rest of the accommodation is on the lower deck and includes two double cabins, and two twin convertibles with additional Pullman beds.

In 2007, he completed his culinary education at The South African Chefs Academy, and went on to hone his skills in upmarket restaurants in Cape Town for two years. He then spent three years as a private chef in a prestigious residence in the same city. Driven by his love for the ocean and a thirst for adventure, Grant joined the culinary crew of seafaring vessels in 2013, embarking on a career that allows him to pursue his passion for cooking on the water. He has since gained valuable experience on various charter vessels, including M/Y Lady Sara and M/Y Double Down. Grant is passionate about providing guests with the freshest produce sourced from local markets, ensuring that their meals are not only delicious but also memorable. He has a particular love for seafood and meat, and takes great pride in baking artisanal breads from scratch.
