Brent takes pride in his work and will always go above and beyond to complete his job to a professional standard. He names his best career decision as choosing to work with his girlfriend in the sailing charter industry having started on larger super yachts. He loves knowing how everything works and scheduling maintenance to ensure the smoothest possible running of his vessel. He faces problems head on and is not afraid to get stuck in. Jess’ tablescaping is stunning and her menus are exciting and beautifully presented. She has a wonderful presence on board, disappearing into cabins to ensure they are immaculately maintained whilst also attending to guests requests. Thriving under pressure Jess is incredibly self-motivated and has great stamina which makes her the perfect crew member for charter.
