From 2001 until now he has been the captain onboard three different Ferretti motor yachts both charter and private. His traits include supervising skills, flexibility, team working, stress management as well as time management and organizational skills. Able to expertly instruct cooks and other kitchen workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food to the highest standards. Experienced in the planning, directing and supervising while cooking process in a busy environment. He is greatly talented and skilled in preparing Mediterranean and international cuisine. The last few years he has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Athens and in Les restaurants de la tour Eiffel-Allain Ducasse.
