He has worked in 5-star restaurants and takes great pride in his involvement in various culinary roles across Croatia. Throughout his career, Mario has gained valuable experience working in renowned hotels, restaurants, and on cruise ships. This diverse background has allowed him to master a wide range of cooking styles, and he effortlessly tailors his menus to suit each guest’s specific preferences. Mario’s passion for food began in his childhood, and it is reflected in every dish he creates. He looks forward to taking you on a culinary journey through Croatia aboard M/Y Klobuk!
Davor Ivica
Chief engineer
Davor, originally from Split, takes great pride in his role as Chief Engineer aboard Klobuk. After graduating from high school, Davor was certain of his passion for a maritime career, so he enrolled at the University of Maritime Engineering. During his studies, he decided to gain hands-on experience at sea and began as an apprentice engineer on merchant vessels. His dedication and skills quickly earned him promotions, first to 3rd Engineer, then 2nd Engineer, and ultimately Chief Engineer. With years of experience working on cargo ships and oil tankers, Davor transitioned into the yachting industry, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. A hardworking, enthusiastic, and highly qualified professional, Davor is committed to ensuring your journey runs smoothly by performing his duties to the highest standards.
Bruno Topić
Deckhand
Bruno, a native of Split, naturally chose to pursue his professional maritime career in yachting. He is an experienced deckhand, known for his hardworking and reliable nature. Bruno is a skilled sailor who pays close attention to detail, ensuring that the deck is always kept in pristine condition and your cruise runs smoothly. As an active and sporty individual, Bruno enjoys a wide range of physical activities and is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for all guests aboard M/Y Klobuk.
Helena Klarić
Chief steward/ess
Helena is a true hard worker and her primary motto is to effectively serve guests, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety at all times. She believes in delivering exceptional service, creating an experience where every guest feels valued and cared for. She takes pride in variety of tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience. These include setting tables, preparing cocktails and other drinks with a focus on mixology, and maintaining the housekeeping duties in order to ensure everything is immaculate.
