Yacht Description

“A 213ft Codecasa from 2010.”

Boat International's latest article states JOIA The Crown Jewel, remains the flagship of the renowned Italian Shipyard Codecasa, at 65.2m. Full article:

At an impressive 1,278 GT, the 2010 yacht has five spacious guest decks along with a stand out accommodation plan for up to 20 guests across nine cabins along with 19 crew. Her linear exteriors are by the yard’s in-house team and interior styling, by Della Role Design, was refreshed by Evan K Marshall during an extensive refit in 2016, and updated in 2019 by Gerard's, Skaf Group.

You are welcomed on board with a grand piano lounge at the entrance of the main deck aft, followed by a spacious main saloon. The entire upper deck is dedicated to the owner’s private use and includes a full beam suite, study, terrace with seating and a lounge with bar and games table. Aft is a wonderful winter garden, a dining area for 18 guests that is climate controlled when enclosed by its glass surrounds and al fresco when the panels are withdrawn, but always delivers unobstructed sea views.

The bridge deck doubles as an entertainment area with cinema and gym available for guests to enjoy. There is an abundance of options for socialising and relaxation when off the water. Seven guest cabins are located on the lower and main decks, along with a VIP cabin on the owner’s deck, and a full size elevator allows easy access across all interior decks.

An outdoor lounge complements the winter garden on the upper deck aft, and a jacuzzi lounge can be found on the bridge deck aft complete with sunpads and a bar. The sun deck provides additional sunpads and loungers and a large swim platform is located at the stern. Quantum zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort throughout, while at anchor.
