Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

He knows the Aegean and the Mediterranean coastline like the back of his hands. His priorities are always maximum customer satisfaction and safety on-board for his guests and his crew. Captain Cevat believes the importance of teamwork for efficient and healthy environment and he works in harmony with his crew. Our Chef Ferhat has been cooking professionally for 18 years since graduating from Mugla High Culinary School in 2002. He cooks different worldwide cuisines. Previously, he worked on some high-class charter yachts as well as a five-star Sheraton hotel in Cesme, Izmir. The guests love his food and let us know this with excellent feedback. He is passionate about cooking and pays full attention to requests of the guests on board. Ferhat can speak good English.

Ferhat loves the sea and he would like to become a captain after gaining much needed experience working on boats. He is a very polite and friendly young man who would like to make sure the gusts are happy at all times and the boat is maintained and cleaned to a very high standard.
