He started working in the restaurant business in 1994 and since then his passion for this profession has led him to gain experience of various kinds both in the dining room and in the kitchen.<br /> He has cooked for illustrious international personalities in the fields of sport, show business and politics, working in various prestigious establishments on the Tuscan coast and abroad. His great interpersonal skills have led him to brilliant results in contact with the public.
