He managed large teams doing long hours and is therefore no stranger to pressure. Anna describes herself as blending love with the freshest top-quality ingredients to create extraordinary recipes, and specialising in vegan, gluten-free and keto diets she is able to design her recipes to cater for each individual need or preference. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, yoga and painting and has a passion for learning languages, studying them at university and now being able to speak four languages fluently. Job description As the Chef, Anna is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable and that all dietary requirements are met. She is a creative cook, varying her meals to provide variety and according to the location of APOLLO 99, to have as much relevance as possible to the country being visited.
