Jean Jonker

Who is Jean?

Jean Jonker spent almost two years working on the water in the United States, first as a chase boat captain and tender operator, then captaining a private boat running between Miami, Key West and the Bahamas. Most of that time was spent with families and guests aboard: running tenders, e-foiling, fishing and snorkeling.

He grew up on a farm in Oudtshoorn, South Africa, where he is based now, and still fishes, sails and snorkels whenever he can. Having worked the boats himself, he knows how a charter runs day to day and what makes the difference for guests aboard.
