Who is Michael?
Michael Darby has spent more than a decade in yachting, first at sea as crew and now as a charter broker with AMWAX Prime. He crewed on the 120 ft motor sailer SLOW LIVE and the 96 ft LIANA H, and those years in the Greek islands are still where his recommendations come from.
He works out of Athens, matching clients to the right yacht and crew and shaping itineraries around what each group actually wants. He also stays close to a charter while it is running, which is why several of his reviews describe problems his clients never had to think about.
