Her first job was on a small speedboat in 2019. where she was deckhand/stewardess, and that is how she developed a passion for this job. Every year, Karla strove to improve both, at work and university. She graduated in social work in 2024. During her studies, Karla worked on yachts from 70 to 150 ft along the Adriatic coast. Karla is a very calm person and a lover of nature. Her hobby has been horseback riding since 2005.

With 13 years in hospitality, 8 years in yachting, and four seasons as a stewardess and deckhand on mini cruises, she has a broad, creative perspective. Mia knows the southern Adriatic like the back of her hand and ensures smooth, enjoyable journeys for guests. Her cheerful spirit and love for sports, children, and dogs help create unforgettable memories while maintaining a professional yet fun atmosphere.
