MASTERMIND

Captain Karlo, born in Croatia in 1982, is a skilled and passionate skipper with over 12 years of sailing experience. Holding a BSc in Economics, he initially navigated a career in sales, marketing, and digital marketing. However, his love for the sea, sparked during childhood sailing trips with his parents, eventually led him to pursue his true calling.



Karlo's journey as a captain and skipper began after he earned his RYA Yachtmaster Offshore certification in 2015. Since then, he has captained luxury yachts up to 72ft in the Adriatic, Ionian, and Caribbean Seas, and delivered vessels up to 90ft across the Mediterranean and Atlantic. With more than 15,000 nautical miles under his belt and in his sails, including two Atlantic crossings (northern and southern routes), Karlo’s dedication to sailing continues to grow.



When not at sea, Karlo is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities like mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, running, and wakeboarding. He also has a passion for cooking, carpentry, and yoga. Non-smoking and health-conscious, Captain Karlo brings both expertise and a love for adventure to MASTERMIND.



Karlo speaks Croatian and English fluently as well as basic German and Spanish.

Born in Split, Croatia in 1995, Anamarija brings a vibrant and enthusiastic energy to MASTERMIND as our talented hostess. With a degree in Croatian and English Language and Literature, Anamarija’s passion for communication and service led her to the hospitality industry, where she has flourished since 2015. She further honed her skills by completing a Hostess Academy program and graduating from a renowned Croatian Culinary Training Program in 2019, making her a versatile and skilled team member.



Anamarija is a natural at creating a welcoming and organized environment, with exceptional communication skills that allow her to anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs seamlessly. Known for her caring nature, she especially enjoys working with children and delights in preparing delicious, mouthwatering dishes that leave a lasting impression.



In her free time, Anamarija loves to travel, explore nature, and express her creativity through acting, dancing, singing, and modeling. Her active lifestyle includes cycling, swimming, climbing, and hiking. With Anamarija on board, guests will always feel cared for, ensuring their time aboard MASTERMIND is unforgettable. She is the positive spirit who will make sure every wish is fulfilled with warmth and grace.
