Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Captain
Akis, was born and raised in Athens, has been in love with the sea since he was very young. He is very experienced captain as he works in this industry from 1979 in many different m/y. The last two years he is onboard VA BENE. He loves his job so much and he is very cooperative and helpful. Akis knows the sea really well international and Greek waters and he will introduce to the guests the beautiful beaches of Greece not only the ''famous'' ones but spots that are not crowded and are secret. Captain is very active and he never stops studies and learning new things not only regarding his work field but other professional fields too for example he has sociology courses. Akis going priority is the safety of guests and of course the clients to have fun and of course remember this one of a lifetime experience
Chef
Our chef Kostas is a multitasking person he has worked in many work fields and he finally understand that his true passion was to cook. He moved in Australia in 2008 and there he graduated as a chef in 2011. He collected many awards there for his food creations and he realized that he wanted to get in the industry of yachting very soon. He likes to experiment with flavors and he never gets rest. Kostas want to take care of guests and their appetite. He is one of the most precious person onboard VA BENE as guests are going to love the yacht and Greece through the amazing flavors of his food. In his spare time he likes reading, travelling and practice his cooking skills in order to be better and better.
