He believes a good charter depends on the good mood of the crew. The crew needs to participate with great care to make sure that the guests are always enjoying themselves and have everything they need. He will do his utmost best to ensure that the guests have a comfortable and relaxed time on board with a high sense of responsibility and awareness and will be there to assist with a big smile on his face.
