PRICE LIST 2025 - MARSHALL Embarkation time: 12:00 h / Disembarkation time: 12:00 h Turnovers: Next day Guests: 8 Crew: 3 / Cabins: 4 Prices in Euro per week The current Croatian VAT rate for yacht charters: 13% (excluded) CHARTER FEE, season 2025 A) HIGH SEASON (June 15 - August 31) .....................................25.000,00 € + VAT of 13% + APA of 40% B) LOW SEASON (Until June 14 / From September 1) ...............23.000,00 € + VAT of 13% + APA of 40% The Charter Fee includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests in 4 cabins, use of recreational equipment, crew of 3 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, tourist taxes, and Wi-Fi. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 40% of charter fee To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; fuel for Personal Watercraft*; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; marina fees and anchorages; national park entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request; shoreside transport and excursions. Booking terms: The option is placed on explicit e-mail request and is active until the agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit is paid. Payment conditions: Deposit: 50 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement Mean of payment: wire transfer to account of Charter Broker. * To drive a Personal Watercraft in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Personal Watercraft. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Personal Watercraft if one does not have a license with him/her. If the person does not have this, it is possible to obtain one while in Croatia.
