Captain Zissis, born in 1989, has extensive maritime experience spanning 15 years. He started as an Apprentice Officer at KYLA S.C. in 2009, later advancing to Gaslog LNG Services Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. By 2022, he had served as 2nd Officer and Chief Officer, excelling in navigational duties and safety management. He then transitioned to yachting, holding chief officer positions on MY Daloli, MY Magna Grecia, and MY Sanctuary. With a Master Unlimited license and postgraduate qualifications in Economics and Shipping Management, he is skilled in navigation, mooring operations, and leadership. His hobbies include snowboarding and watersports.

Born in 1990, Vasilis Sokianos is an accomplished yacht chef with over 20 years of culinary experience in both the restaurant and yachting industries. He has attended HACCP ISO seminars, trained in Italian cuisine with Chef Aris Tsanaklidis at La Pasteria, and participated in French cuisine seminars with Le Monde and Ecole Gregoire et Ferrandi. With numerous culinary certifications, he is well-prepared for the multifaceted demands of his role. Vasilis has served on several yachts such as M/Y GELLY, and M/Y AMOR, where he demonstrated his expertise in culinary creativity, menu planning, and kitchen management. He has successfully managed all aspects of galley operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and guest satisfaction. His broad hands-on experience, attention to detail, and passion for gastronomy ensure a memorable culinary journey for his guests.

Maria is a hard working professional with extensive experience on various yachts, including the 47m M/Y Kassandra and the 32m M/Y Tropicana. She has proven her skills in both housekeeping and leadership. Maria is known for her meticulousness, positive energy, and teamwork. She holds numerous certifications, including STCW, Seaman's Book, and training in CPR and lifeguarding. Her commitment to excellence and professional growth is evident through her additional qualifications in food and beverage services, as well as fitness instruction.
