Before venturing into the yachting industry, he garnered experience at numerous luxury hotels and restaurants. Possessing true culinary expertise, Dimitris has always harbored a passion for cooking. His proficiency extends to Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Italian and Greek, showcasing his extensive knowledge. He has attended seminars on Private and Yacht cheffing, and he has worked extensively not only in hotels and restaurants but also in catering, which combines both small-scale and large-scale dining experiences. Notably, Dimitris is acclaimed for his signature dish, Lobster Pasta. His approach to hospitality is rooted in making guests feel entirely at home and comfortable. Outside of his culinary pursuits, Dimitris dedicates his free time to his family. His yachting experience includes service on M/Y SUMMER DREAMS, M/Y THIS IS MINE, and M/Y GEEPEE.

Notable among the latest Super Yachts she has contributed to are M/Y MIA RAMA, M/Y OMEGA, where she served as a 2nd stewardess, and M/Y O’NATALINA, where she held the position of Chief Stewardess. Athina's commitment to excellence is evident through her completion of multiple training modules, including Guest Wine, Bartending, and Mixology Introduction, Yacht Interior Basic Food Service, Yacht Interior Introduction Module, and Silver Service. Certificates of Barista and level 2 wine from WCPS. Furthermore, she holds a Skipper’s Sailing Diploma. Having previously served aboard motor yachts, Adelina has honed a profound understanding of the nuances involved in upholding a pristine environment and delivering exceptional service to guests. Her meticulous expertise in housekeeping guarantees that our yacht will consistently meet the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming and opulent ambiance for all aboard. Adelina's multicultural background and adeptness at adaptation render her an ideal addition to our team. Starting his career as a sailor, Vasilis sought to acquire comprehensive knowledge to climb the hierarchy eventually. He is also a certified Rescue Diver, contributing to the safety and well-being of everyone on board. Vasilis possesses excellent skills in handling tenders and water toys, ensuring every guest feels secure and comfortable under his guidance.
