His parents introduced him to sailing at a very young age, he went through most of the dinghy sailing classes and finally competed in national and international regattas. <br /> <br /> He studied at universities in England and Spain, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Maritime Leisure Management and a Master's degree in Business and Finance. He speaks fluently Spanish, French, English and Italian.<br /> <br /> After having worked for some years as a Marina Manager, he decided to follow a somewhat different career closer to the sea, becoming a Professional Skipper.
